    Erroll Babineaux, Vice President of Air Services
    Acadian Companies service since 1974
    Flying since 1979

    Erroll Babineaux, Vice President of Air Services, joined Acadian in 1974 in his hometown of New Iberia, LA.  He served as the communications specialist before becoming a charter member of the National Registry of Paramedics for Louisiana.

    Erroll is a commercial pilot (airplanes, helicopters, and hot air balloons) and served as district manager for Iberia, St. Martin, Vermilion, and St. Mary parishes. He led the incorporation of Air Med Services in 1981 before becoming its Vice President and Director of Operations in 1992.  He is a current member of the Acadiana Regional Airport Authority, the Acadiana Chapter of the Experimental Aircraft Association, and the Aircraft Owner and Pilots Association.

    Erroll received technical training from the University of Louisiana, FlightSafety International, and Simuflite of Dallas, Texas. He serves on the FAA's "FAAST Team" promoting safety in Aviation.

    Spencer Anderson, Director of Operations

    Flying since 1983

    Spencer Anderson began flying in 1981 and later graduated from the University of North Dakota with a degree in professional flight. With more than 28 years of flying experience, Spencer has 19,000 hours of flight time. He joined Air Med Services/Executive Aircraft Charter Service in February 2007 and is proud to be part of the Acadian family.

    Before joining Acadian, Spencer held several positions, including flight operations safety officer, flight instructor for private, commercial, instrument, and heavy transport pilots, and as a contract instructor teaching aircraft systems and flight instruction for FAA safety inspectors.

     Kent Sibille, Director of Maintenance
    Acadian Companies service since 2007

    Kent Sibille, Director of Maintenance, has held an airframe and power plant license since 1980. He spent 23 years with Petroleum Helicopters, Inc. where he maintained corporate aircraft in Lafayette, Louisiana, and Angola, Africa.

    Kent spent seven years with Paul Fournet Air Service maintaining turbo-prop and jet aircraft before joining Acadian Air Med Services in 2007.

     Michael Sonnier, Flight Coordinator
    Acadian Companies service since 1990

    Mike Sonnier, Operations Manager of Fixed Wing Division for Air Services, joined Acadian in 1990 as an EMT and was certified as a paramedic in 1992.  Mike has worn many hats at Acadian; he has worked on ground ambulances and offshore locations as a paramedic, at Acadian’s Communication Center as a supervisor, and at the Lafayette Regional Airport as Air Services’ coordinator for Acadian’s Fixed Wing Division before becoming an operations manager. 

    While at Acadian, Mike has won many awards including Communications Specialist of the Year in 1997 (internal Acadian award) and Telecommunicator of the Year in 2006 (LA-NREMT award).

    Mike attended Louisiana State University in the fall of 1987 and the spring of 1988. He then transferred to the University of Southwestern Louisiana in the fall of 1988 before entering the EMT program at a local vocational school.
